As a general rule of thumb, you can use all of the pictures I take as long as you make sure to credit me (depending on how official you're being "Hayashi Kurohyou" or "Jason Van Hoorne") and do not use it for commercial/money-making purposes. The copyright on each individual picture should reflect this. The only exception to this is pictures of myself, which should not be used in any way, shape, or form without my express permission. If you send me a nice email explaining that you would like to use a photo of myself and WHY you would like to use it, I should be pretty agreeable in letting you do so, but you have to understand that I would prefer to know where pictures of my "lovely" physique are going.

Now that we've gone over that... If you haven't noticed by a few of my titles, I'm a little obsessed with wordplay? It only makes sense, considering my interest in language. I will hopefully be starting college soon (even if it is taking a few classes at a local community college this semester) and focusing on the wonderful major that is Linguistics! My planned languages of study happen to be in the French/German/Japanese area, and if I'm feeling particularly ambitious, I may pick up a little bit of knowledge in the Korean/Chinese or Russian area. Considering the fact that I'm probably going to be attending a college where I'll have to learn Japanese from an Asian Studies curriculum, it shall be more than likely that I'll opt for the Korean/Chinese.

In any case, you may catch glimpses of my odd form of distorted English from time to time. I tend to use words in ways they weren't intended to be used, but can be inferred. For example, upon receiving a hug, I may claim that I was "attacked." This doesn't mean that I didn't appreciate the hug, but rather, it's a term that stemmed from when I was a little more cautious with my personal space and has since stuck. It's a fun personal slang of sorts that keeps things interesting. And, yes, I will sometimes mangle the language beyond reason in order to prove a point or some such nonsense. At least I know the difference between what is correct and what is not. XP
